When we grow to be loving in our relationship with ourselves, how does that shift our relationships with those we share with?
May our self-love practice be consciously connected to one another.
As I read, “The Diamond Heart: Book One” by A.H.Almaas for a second time, I am discovering the loving and connecting that those of us with human bodies have. YES AND how the love we share together in community supports that work we do ourselves yet cannot complete the personal heart body work we each have.
To be human is a precious gift. It is so easy to forget this in the world we live in.
I believe we can shift things. I believe we are blessed to be here. I believe, even amidst pain and suffering, there is something incredible that continues to unfold within us and all around us.
Wishing you and yours ease, heart peace and loving kindness.
What are ways you offer loving kindness to yourself?
How does this offering touch into your relationships with others?
May all beings experience heart peace, love, embodied belonging and liberation.
Aloha
